• This is a digital live entertainment and interactive video service 
• All sales are final and non refundable 
• No chargebacks are permitted once the service is booked or delivered 
• Missed appointments do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling credits 
• Service is considered fulfilled based on scheduled time availability regardless of attendance
